Frequently Asked Questions.

1. How do I make a purchase?

Call one of our sales experts at  +1-800-518-9776   to place an order. Our website will shortly feature online ordering. We take all major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, etc.).

You can also mail us cashier’s checks or money orders. Please keep in mind that cashier's checks and money orders take longer to obtain. After we receive the cashier's check or money order, we will contact you to verify your order and ship it out as per our delivery commitment.

2. Do you provide financing?

We do not currently offer financing, but you can put your part on hold by paying 20% of the total order. We won't sell the part for another 30 days and will keep it exclusively for you. We will dispatch it once you have paid the remaining balance.

3. Can I come and pick up my auto parts?

We are unable to provide a pickup service since Used Engines Inc.'s inventory is dispersed throughout numerous supplier locations. All orders placed within the United States receive FREE SHIPPING.

4. If I order a used engine, what all parts will be on it?

You will receive a complete engine assembly that consists of the block, head, piston, camshaft, crankshaft, and other internal components. All parts, change-over accessories, and wear-and-tear items are sometimes left on the engine for your convenience, but we won’t charge you for them and they won’t be warrantied.

5. When will I receive the order?

Normally, our delivery time is 3-5 business days (excluding holidays, and weekends). Though it’s very rare, during some unavoidable circumstances, delivery time might require some additional time.

6. Do you deliver to a residential address as well?

Yes, we deliver to both residential and business addresses with Free Shipping. A $100 fee will be added if a forklift is required.

7. What if I receive a defective, wrong, or damaged merchandise?

All orders placed with Used Engines Inc. come with a 90-day return and refund assurance. Used Engines Inc. will bear all shipping costs for warranty-certified returns in the exact amounts. Please refer to our “Returns and Refund” page for more details.

8. Do all used engines/transmission purchased from you have a warranty?

Yes, all used engines purchased from Used Engines Inc. come with an exclusive warranty of up to 5 years. Call our Sales representative at +1-800-518-9776 to find out more.

9. What should I do if my engine or transmission fails?

If you face an issue with an engine or transmission you purchased from us, please contact Used Engines Inc. We'll work with you or the auto shop to fix the issue while the part is still in the vehicle. Problem-solving and troubleshooting strategies are second nature to our team. Our goal is to save time and money by reinstalling less frequently. If the issue persists, we'll walk you through the steps to receive a replacement engine or transmission under warranty. Please refer to our “Warranty page” for more details.

10. Do you deliver outside the USA?

We only provide free shipping to the 48 Continental United States. However, we can deliver the product outside the USA on special request and extra shipping charges.
