Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase without penalty, provided the order has not entered processing, sourcing, special procurement, packaging, or shipment.

After twenty-four (24) hours or once processing has begun, many products are reserved, sourced, inspected, or prepared specifically for each customer's order. At that stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is requested after twenty-four (24) hours or after processing has begun, the order may be subject to:

• A 20% Restocking Fee
• Applicable outbound shipping charges
• Applicable return shipping charges
• Applicable handling charges, where permitted by law

Refused shipments are treated as order cancellations and are subject to the same terms.

Inventory-hold deposits, special-order deposits, and custom procurement deposits are non-refundable.

Used Engines Inc. currently ships only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

We do not currently ship to:

We offer Free Commercial Shipping to eligible commercial addresses.

Residential delivery is available for an additional charge as described in our Shipping Policy.

Many products are shipped through professional freight carriers because of their size and weight.

Shipping concerns should be reported within thirty (30) calendar days whenever reasonably possible.

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the original delivery date.

All return requests require prior authorization from Used Engines Inc.

Return eligibility, cancellation terms, transportation responsibilities, inspection procedures, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible products include warranty coverage as described in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date and applies according to the warranty plan selected at the time of purchase.

The selected warranty plan will be identified on the customer's Invoice and Service & Warranty Contract.

Before requesting a refund, initiating a chargeback, or pursuing any other remedy relating to a product, customers agree to provide Used Engines Inc. with a reasonable opportunity to inspect, diagnose, evaluate, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve any verified product-related concern or warranty claim.

If Used Engines Inc. determines that replacement of the product is the appropriate warranty remedy, the customer agrees to reasonably cooperate with the replacement process.

If the customer refuses an approved replacement, declines delivery, or otherwise prevents Used Engines Inc. from providing the approved warranty remedy, any subsequent cancellation or return request will be handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

Used Engines Inc. recommends installation by a qualified automotive repair facility or experienced technician.

Installation should be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the original delivery date unless otherwise approved in writing by Used Engines Inc.

Customers are responsible for:

• Following manufacturer installation procedures.
• Replacing recommended maintenance components.
• Replacing required fluids and filters.
• Keeping installation and maintenance records.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information.

• Maintain the vehicle according to manufacturer recommendations.

Normal cosmetic wear, including but not limited to:

• Paint discoloration
• Minor scratches
• Dirt or grease residue
• Cosmetic imperfections consistent with previous use

may be present and do not generally affect the intended mechanical operation of the product.

Eligible products are carefully inspected and, where applicable, tested prior to shipment.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping address provided with the order.

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and promptly report any visible shipping damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies.

Prompt reporting allows Used Engines Inc. to work with the freight carrier and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Inventory changes frequently due to ongoing sales and supplier availability.

Although Used Engines Inc. makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, product availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been reviewed, verified, and accepted.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before shipment, our Customer Support Team will discuss available alternatives or applicable refund options.

Replacement products are subject to inventory availability. If an identical replacement product is unavailable, Used Engines Inc. may provide a comparable product or another commercially reasonable remedy consistent with our Warranty Policy.
